WHOLESALE TERMS
We are always happy to share our products with new retailers!
TO ORDER
To make an order please email wholesale@yalajewellery.com and we will send you a line sheet and order form. Once we have received your order, we will send you an invoice for 30% deposit to secure your items.
We are currently unable to offer credit facilities, therefore orders will not be shipped until the balance of the payment plus shipping costs have been made in full.
The total amount due will be invoiced once items are ready to ship. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past their due date.
WHOLESALE PRICING & MOQ
Wholesale prices and RRP are shown on the line sheet. Prices are subject to change with notice to retailers.
Minimum order is £450 or €500 or $560 and minimum order value for carriage paid is £500 or €560 or $620.
RE-ORDERING
Minimum order for repeat orders is £350 or €390 or $435. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past their due date.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ORDERS
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to wholesale@yalajewellery.com within 24 hours of making the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment. A full list of payment methods can be found on our invoices.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from ordering for your order to ship if the requested items are not in stock. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. The shipping provider we use is at our discretion. A specific carrier may be used if the retailer agrees to assume any additional costs.
HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade using low-tech, traditional techniques. As a result, individual items from each style will vary very slightly from each other.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please send an email to wholesale@yalajewellery.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Products returned as a result of damage will be replaced with new merchandise. We will not accept return requests made more than 14 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
