WHOLESALE TERMS
We are always happy to share our products with new retailers!
TO ORDER
To make an order please email wholesale@yalajewellery.com and we will send you a link to the wholesale section of our website to select your products. Prices shown are ex VAT.
Once we have received your selection, we will send you an invoice for 30% deposit (plus VAT) to secure your items. Please note that VAT only applies to orders from within the U.K.
We are currently unable to offer credit facilities, therefore orders will not be shipped until the balance of the payment plus shipping costs (if applicable) have been made in full.
The remaining amount due (70%) plus VAT will be invoiced once items are ready to ship. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past their due date.

RRP is shown alongside the wholesale prices (ex VAT). Both prices are subject to change with notice to retailers.
Minimum order is £450 (ex VAT) or equivalent currency.
Free postage applies for orders of £500 (ex VAT) and above, or equivalent currency.

RE-ORDERING
Minimum order for repeat orders is £350 (ex VAT) or equivalent currency - please email us on wholesale@yalajewellery.com to make a repeat order. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past their due date.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ORDERS
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to wholesale@yalajewellery.com within 24 hours of making the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment. A full list of payment methods can be found on our invoices.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from order date for your order to ship. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. The shipping provider we use is at our discretion. A specific carrier may be used if the retailer agrees to assume any additional costs.
For international customers, there are additional import duties and fees. Please note that each country has different customs controls. Import duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade using low-tech, traditional techniques. As a result, individual items from each style will vary very slightly from each other.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please send an email to wholesale@yalajewellery.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Products returned as a result of damage will be replaced with new merchandise. We will not accept return requests made more than 14 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
